At Elavate Collagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
